Ban Durations
The listed time periods are common guidelines. The moderation team decides the actual duration on a case-by-case basis
Exploiting
Any use of exploits, whether or not it impacts other players, will result in a permanent ban. These bans are not appealable under any circumstances.

Ban Evasion
Ban duration: Permanent
Active in Exploiting Servers
Any users involved in the creation, distribution, or promotion of exploits for Emergency Hamburg will be permanently banned. This also includes players who actively support (vouch) or encourage the use of exploits.
These bans are not appealable under any circumstances.
Ban duration: Permanent
Teaming with an Exploiter
Players who knowingly team with exploiters will receive a temporary ban. These bans are generally not appealable, though ban durations may be reduced.
Ban duration: 30 - 90 days
Intentionally using Game Bugs
Players who knowingly abuse (or promote) in-game bugs to disrupt the gameplay of others will receive a temporary ban. Listed below are some of the most common reasons for this ban.
- Placing players inside walls (using handcuffs)
- Using a small / large avatar
- Using unfair emotes to gain an advantage
Ban duration: 3 - 30 days (depending on severity)
Impersonating a Staff Member
Players who impersonate official Emergency Hamburg staff members will receive a temporary ban. Repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.
Ban duration: 7 - 14 days
Illegal FastFlag Usage
Ban duration: 7 - 14 days
Misusing the Report Form
Players who misuse the player report form continuously will be moderated
Ban duration: Temporary or Permanent (depending on severity)
Placing Items (like Tapes, Cones or Stop Sticks) offensively
Players who misuse placeable items to create offensive symbols will receive a temporary ban.
Ban duration: 7 - 14 days
