In such cases, you will of course receive your products back from us. For that, fill out the ingame product loss form. To show us your purchase, please go to https://www.roblox.com/transactions and click on “Purchases” under “Type of transaction” and take a screenshot of the entire page so that your Roblox username can also be seen.
