Players may be unable to join Emergency Hamburg for 2 main reasons:
- Roblox platform issues
- account restrictions
Before changing any account settings, ensure you check the official Roblox status page to see if there are any ongoing issues with the platform.
If you encounter the following error when trying to join the game:
This experience is not available due to your account settings
... it means you must change your Roblox account settings in order to play Emergency Hamburg.
¶ Solution
- Open Parental Controls settings page, and navigate to the Allowed Experiences tab
- Set Allowed Experiences to
9+,13+, or17+
Note that Emergency Hamburg is only playable from the age of 9
