Ban Discussions
Any discussions about exploiting bans in our Discord server, particularly anti-cheat bans, will result in an immediate mute.
Exploiting bans can be issued in two ways:
- by a moderator
- automatically by our anti cheat system
If you have been banned by a moderator, you may submit an appeal, since our moderators are humans and can make mistakes.
However, if you are banned by our anti cheat system, you will not be eligible to appeal and will be unable to submit an appeal request.
Since our anti cheat system detects exploits with a very high level of accuracy, it is not possible to receive an anti cheat ban without exploiting.
As a result, anti cheat bans are final.
¶ How do I know if I was banned by the anti cheat?
If you would like to confirm whether your ban was issued by the anti cheat system, you can attempt to send in an appeal on our website.
If you are unable to send an appeal, this means your ban was issued by the anti cheat.
