Players may be kicked from Emergency Hamburg for various reasons, many of which are beyond our control. In most cases, these kicks are directly issued by Roblox rather than the game itself.
Usually, the best solution is to try rejoining. However if the issue persists, please refer to the list of common kick reasons below.
It is important to understand that a kick is a 'temporary disconnection' from the game, unlike a ban, which permanently prevents a player from accessing our game.
Players will not face any moderation action for being kicked from the game, including kicks triggered by our anti cheat system.
Speedhack / Noclip Detected EC: 267 - AntiCheat
- This occurs when the game's anti-cheat system detects suspicious behavior by a player, which can be triggered due to an unstable internet connection, a high ping, or other technical issues. The system isn't perfect and can occasionally falsely kick a player, for example, if you are glitched into a wall.
There's no reason to panic if you're kicked for this reason — it's extremely common.
- There is no direct fix for this issue. The best option is to simply rejoin the game.
Note that this is not a ban.
Server data failed to load EC: 267
This kick occurs when the game is unable to load a player's data, or the server's data, typically due to issues on Roblox's end. It can affect both public and private servers.
It is important to note that this does not mean that your data has been lost, it simply means your data couldn't be loaded.
As this kick is issued by Roblox, it is out of our control, and we are unable to assist you with this.
Please do not report this as a bug!
We recommend trying to rejoin the game. If the issue continues, please check the roblox status page to see if they are any ongoing incidents.
If so, it's best to wait until the incident has been resolved.
Same account launched from different device EC: 264
- Error Code 264 occurs when Roblox detects an attempt to launch the same game on multiple devices, usually caused by players being logged in on more than one device.
- Potential fixes include...
‣ Logging out on all other devices
‣ Clearing ROBLOX cache
‣ Check your internet connection
‣ Updating ROBLOX
Connection timed out EC: 266
- Error Code 266 occurs when a player's connection is lost due to being inactive for too long, or extreme lag. This can be easily resolved by ensuring your internet connection is stable, and avoiding being inactive for over 20 minutes in-game.
