Processing your report can take up to 3 days.
¶ Refund
If you lost in-game money due to an exploiter and have sufficient evidence, use the
Player Report Form.
Once your case has been reviewed and confirmed, the lost amount will be refunded.
¶ Notes
- Submit clear, continuous evidence
- In the “Additional Information” field, mention that you are requesting a refund
¶ Evidence
The clip must show everything in one recording:
- your inventory with the lost items
- the stolen money in the Criminal App on your in-game phone
- the exploiter during the incident
Separate proofs are not valid.
