¶ Handcuffs
The Handcuffs are a non-lethal tool featured in Emergency Hamburg, exclusively available to police officers.
They were introduced within the Beta Release 0.5.0 Update in May 2022.

Police officers can use the handcuffs to detain wanted players within a specific range, and transport them to jail.
To use the handcuffs, officers must:
- approach a wanted player within ~ 7 studs
- hold E for approximately 4 seconds to detain the suspect
- once detained, the player will be unable to move or interact
Officers must transport the suspect to jail within 5 minutes, or they will be released along with any illegal items they possessed.

- Officers cannot sit down, or interact with any dealer, while having a detained player, or the suspect will be released
- Officers cannot place detained players into locked vehicles
