Unban requests are reviewed within up to3days. You will be notified of the outcome if you have enabled notifications for our game.
Bans are issued for violating our game guidelines. They are either issued directly by the moderation team, or automatically by our anti cheat system.
¶ How do I appeal a ban?
If you believe you have been falsely banned, you may submit an appeal.
It is important to note that bans related to exploiting are generally not appealable. Whether issued by our moderation team, or by the anti-cheat software, these bans are permanent.
Due to the accuracy of our detection system, anti-cheat bans are not appealable - any attempts to appeal an anti-cheat ban will be automatically rejected.

- "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience"
