Appeal Reviews
Unban requests are reviewed within up to3days. You will be notified of the outcome if you have enabled notifications for our game.
Bans are issued for violating our game guidelines. They are either issued directly by the moderation team, or automatically by our anti cheat system.
¶ How do I appeal a ban?
If you believe you have been falsely banned, you may submit an appeal.
It is important to note that bans related to exploiting, are generally unappealable, particularly if the ban was issued by our anti cheat system.
However, if you were banned by a moderator, your ban is appealable. Whilst we try to avoid mistakes, they can still occur, hence why you are able to appeal these bans.
Your account is your responsibility. If you share your account with a friend or family member and they exploit on it, the ban will remain in place.

- "You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account within this experience"

¶ Appeal Outcome
To receive updates on the outcome of your ban appeal, ensure that you have notifications enabled for our game. Appeal decisions are sent via Roblox notifications.
