Ingame Bans are issued for violating our Ingame Guidelines. Bans are either permanent or temporary.
If you believe that you have been falsely banned, you may appeal your ban at https://emergency-hamburg.com/unban-request.
Please note that temporary bans from the Emergency Hamburg anti-cheat software are not appealable, as the exploit detection on the anti-cheat is very accurate. Such requests are therefore automatically rejected. Generally, exploiters will not be unbanned, unless the ban was made falsely.
