The ADAC is an automobile association that primarily provides roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, and highway maintenance throughout the city of Hamburg.
¶ Car Mechanic
Car Mechanics are tasked with helping civilians by offering a variety of services, such as towing, fuelling, and repair. Car Mechanics are equipped with an array of specialized tools and vehicles, which can all be obtained with experience points (XP).

ADAC receives a variety of callouts, which all require different techniques
¶ Traffic Light Outage
When a traffic light outage occurs, players will receive a message from dispatch, reading:

The player needs to locate the outage and then perform repairs with a Cordless Drill. Once completed, the traffic light will come back on and the player will be rewarded.

¶ Railroad Crossing Outage
When a broken railroad crossing is reported, players will receive a message from dispatch, reading:

The player needs to locate the railroad crossing and then perform repairs with a Cordless Drill. Once completed, the railroad crossing will be repaired and the player will be rewarded.

¶ Vehicle Refuel
When a vehicle runs out of fuel, players will receive a message from dispatch, reading:

The player needs to locate the stranded vehicle and refill it with their Gas Can or Large Gas Can, by equipping it near the driver seat. Once completed, the mechanic will be rewarded and the car will be refueled.

¶ Broken Vehicle
In Emergency Hamburg, vehicles get damaged every time a user has an accident. Once the vehicle is completely broken, it needs to be towed by an ADAC employee.
When a vehicle is broken, players will receive a message from dispatch, reading:

The player needs to locate the broken vehicle and load it onto the Tow Truck. Once completed, the mechanic needs to drive it to the backyard of the ADAC.
