Cookies are a consumable item featured in Emergency Hamburg, available to purchase from any fuel station.
They were introduced within the TBA Update in 2021.

Criminals can obtain cookies illegally through vending machine robberies, where they smash the glass to steal energy drinks and cookies.
Cookies restore 10% of a player's health.
