¶ Criminal
A criminal in Emergency Hamburg is a player who engages in illegal activities within the game. There are two main objectives as a criminal:
- evade police officers
- commit various crimes across Hamburg
Criminals have a wanted level, ranging from 1 - 5 stars. This level reflects on the severity of the crime(s) a player has committed.

¶ Wanted Level
After a player successfully steals money from the Bank, containers, or a cash register, the player must wait for their wanted level to disappear before they can collect the stolen money.
