The Phone is a utility item featured in Emergency Hamburg, accessible to all players regardless of their occupation; allowing players to communicate with others, view their transactions, and much more.
It was initially introduced within the Beta Release 0.5.0 Update in May 2022.

The Messenger application allows players to communicate with each other either privately, or in groups. Players can create a new chat to:

All major actions are announced in the chat, and are visible to all participants. Only the player who created the chat has the ability to make these modifications to the group.****
Whenever a message is sent in any chat, all members will receive a notification in the bottom - right corner of their screens.

The Help application allows players to access a variety of support resources; containing a collection of help articles and frequently asked questions.

The Emergency application allows players to request assistance from emergency services, including the police, and fire department, or ADAC for roadside assistance.

The vehicle application allows players to remotely manage their vehicles.
Players can use the application to lock and unlock their vehicles via a toggle function.
Additionally, the vehicle application allows players to operate the matrix system system on their vehicles, if the vehicle is equipped with a matrix.
The servers application allows players to browse, join, or create private servers.
Players can purchase their own private server for a one time payment of 199
. This is not a recurring or monthly cost.
Players can join their own server directly through the 'My Servers' tab, or join alternate servers via the list, or by inputting an 8
-digit server code.
A list of active private servers is displayed, including the option to hide or show full servers. By selecting a server from the list, players can view key details regarding the server, such as: the owner's username, server description, and any linked socials.
If a server is full, players will not be able to join until space becomes available.
The Criminal application is exclusively available to criminals, allowing them to view a list of crimes they have committed, along with the number of offences.
Those with the Crime Boss gamepass have the ability to toggle criminal gear, which grants them 25%
additional armour when equipped.
Additionally, the application also tracks a player's stolen money; the total amount of money collected during robberies, such as cash register robberies.
However, this money is only awarded after the player loses their wanted level.
Players will not lose their wanted level if they are carrying illegal items, they must be either sold or dropped.
The Police application is a tool exclusively available to police officers, that allows officers to search for players, view wanted suspects, look up license plates, and access security cameras.
Using the search function, officers can enter either a username or a license plate to view a specific player. Once selected, the player's profile will show their:

If the selected player is a criminal, officers can view their wanted level, and a full list of their crimes; including the type of crime, and the number of offences.
The application also allows officers to remotely access any of the 25
security cameras located across the map.
The Admin application is exclusively available to private server owners and moderators, that allows server admins to customise their server, ban players, and purchase exclusive packages.
Moderators also have access to this application, but with limited permissions in comparison to the owner.
