Private servers in Emergency Hamburg provide players a range of customisation options, unique commands, and other additional features. Whilst usually used for roleplay purposes, players can socialise with friends, grind money, or freely explore the map.

You can open the command bar by pressing F2 or clicking the terminal button next to the chatbar, for mobile users.
Only server administrators and moderators have access to these commands.

Can my server be listed in the #private-rp-servers channel?

- We are not currently accepting private servers in the #private-rp-servers channel, mainly due to moderation concerns, as we are partially responsible if an issue arises.
However, you can still list your private server on our website by setting it to public.

Why are private servers unavailable for console users?
- Unfortunately, private servers are not available for our console playerbase. This is because we lack the necessary data from Roblox to verify whether a console user has 'crossplay' enabled in their settings.
Thus, without this information, we cannot support private servers on consoles at this time.
I owned a private server prior to Version 3.5...
- If you owned a private server before Version 3.5, you will need to purchase a new one for 199 . After that, you'll keep the private server permanently and won't have to purchase another one.
Unfortunately, we are in no position to refund your previous purchase.
Will my progress be saved on private servers?
- Yes, your progress is saved!
However, bear in mind that robbery earnings are significantly lower in private servers compared to public servers.
Are private servers permanent?
- Yes, private servers have been permanent since Version 3.5!
Why is my server not visible on the website?

- To make your private server appear on the server list on our website, it must be set to public, which can be configured via the admin application. To set your server as public, navigate to Access Settings via the admin application.
Additionally, moderator permissions must be enabled and your server must have a few active players to be viewed on our website.
