¶ Dealer
The Dealer is a vendor featured in Emergency Hamburg, allowing criminals to buy illegal items and sell stolen goods. Dealers can be found across the map, typically found in hidden areas.
It was introduced within the Version 0.5.0 Beta Update in May 2022.

Every 7 - 8 days, three random items will receive a 30% discount.
These discounts are only applicable to items available for purchase from the dealer, and don't apply to stolen goods.
When selling any illegal items, players will receive 50% of the original price.
¶ Selling Stolen Goods
Stolen goods must be sold in order for players to lose their wanted level.
¶ Locations
Dealer locations vary with each server, meaning their positions are randomly allocated each time a new server is created.
There are typically 9 - 10 dealers in servers.
