With the Crime Boss Gamepass you reciev a 25% discount on all items and 25% more money when selling stolen goods.
The dealer is an NPC who sells everything for criminals, including weapons, explosives and handguns. You can also sell items stolen during robberies, such as gold (from the bank) and jewellery (from the jeweller's). The dealer's position can vary, so he has a different location on each Server. You can always find the location of the nearest dealer on the Map.
