The Remote Control is an illegal tool featured in Emergency Hamburg, exclusively available to criminals.

It was originally introduced in the Version 3.3.0 Update in March 2024.
¶ Mechanics
Players can use the remote control to illegally open automatic bollards located throughout the city.
If a player owns the remote, nearby bollards will automatically open as they approach in a vehicle.
Whereas, players with jobs can automatically open these bollards.
