The Jeweler Robbery is a robbery featured in Emergency Hamburg, where criminals can steal a variety of loot, which can be later sold for profit.
It was originally introduced during the Version 1.6.0 Update in November 2022.
Robbery Cooldown:
10 minutes
Players can rob the Jeweler by breaking the display cases that contain jewelry or diamonds. Criminals can break these display cases through a range of different ways:
Players earn
after succesfully robbing the Jeweler.
Alternatively, players can initiate a jeweler safe robbery by detonating the safe located on the second floor. This can be done by either:
It is important to note that doing this will trigger an alarm, immediately alerting the police.
Therefore, it is important for players to understand how the robbery works in the day, and at night time.
A security guard, named J Müller, patrols the building during the day. He will automatically alert the police if he:
If a player is armed, the security guard will automatically fight back.

Once the guard has been killed, his keycard will drop and can be collected by anyone. This keycard can be used to access three areas:

A note containing a 4 digit code can be found somewhere in the safe rooms, which can be entered into the safes in order to open them.
Alternatively, the safes can be opened using an explosive or a circular saw.

The metal shutters are closed, and access to the Jeweler is restricted, unless players use one of the two forced entry methods.
The security guard does not patrol at night, therefore, there is no way to obtain a keycard.

Silent Approach
Players can disable the silent alarm by accessing the metal cabinet located on the left side of the Jeweler.
Interacting with this cabinet begins a minigame, where the player has to rotate the corner pieces so that they form a continous path from the blue starting point to the green end point.
Once arranged correctly, the player must click the blue button to send electricity through. The minigame consists of three rounds.
If the minigame is successfully completed, the alarm will be disabled for 60 seconds, giving the player a chance to rob the Jeweler before the police are alerted.
Loud Approach
Alternatively, players can rob the Jeweler by breaking the glass on the rooftop, however this will immediately activate the alarm, and alert the police.
