It is important to note that only recent purchases (those made within the last 3 - 5 days), are eligible for a refund.
If your account has been permanently banned from our game, you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. Permanent bans are only issued when players violate our in-game guidelines, and therefore no refund will be issued.
