When reporting a user please make sure to attach valid proof, where we can see the user committing a rule violation. This can be done by uploading a screenshot or video on our player report forum. Please note that we only accept reports of actual ingame rule violations. If you are unsure if something is against our rules, please make sure to read our Ingame Guidelines.
While Emergency Hamburg is a roleplay-based game, we do not enforce any roleplay rules. If you would like to roleplay, make sure to join one of the many public roleplay servers listed on our website. You can also learn more about our partnered roleplay servers in the Private server FAQ.
