We do not enforce any roleplay rules

If a player violates one of the official in-game rules, you can report them using our Player Report Form.
Your evidence must include...
- player's username
- player's display name
- player's skin
If in a vehicle...
- vehicle license plate
- evidence from the police application to confirm it is the player's vehicle
We only accept reports that contain clear evidence of a rule violation.
We urge players to avoid sending screenshots as they are usually not sufficient evidence.
Note that we only accept reports of genuine in-game rule violations; if unsure whether something is against our rules, please refer to our Ingame Guidelines.
¶ Report Outcome
To receive updates on the outcome of your player report, ensure that you have notifications enabled for our game. Report outcomes are sent via Roblox notifications.
Please note that only one notification can be sent every 24 hours. If you submit multiple reports within the same 24 hour period, you will only receive a notification for one of them.
¶ Fail Roleplay & Teaming
Although Emergency Hamburg is a roleplay-based game, we do not moderate or enforce any roleplay rules. This includes:
- Fail Roleplay
- 'Teaming'
