Vehicle Tuning is a gameplay feature in Emergency Hamburg that allows players to customise both the appearance and performance of their vehicles at the Tuning Garage.

It was originally introduced in the Version 3.10.0 Update in April 2025.
¶ Overview
Players must ensure their vehicle is fully repaired before making any tuning modifications. Once repaired, they can choose from a range of customisation options: including visual upgrades, as well as performance upgrades such as engine improvements.
All selected changes are combined into a single total cost, which is paid in one transaction.
¶ Modifications
Players have access to a range of tuning features, which can be found below.
¶ Colour
¶ Default Colours
Players without the Advanced Tuning gamepass can choose from 23 default colours, each costing 1 000 €.
¶ Custom Colours
Those with the Advanced Tuning gamepass unlock full colour customisation, allowing them to select a colour by either using the slider, or by inputting a custom hex code.
However, the price remains 1 000 € per colour selection.
¶ License Plate
License Plate Censoring
Some license plate combinations may be censored due to Roblox's moderation system - it is out of our control
Players can customise their vehicle's license plate for 8 000 €, however they must follow the specified format :
AB CD 00
It is important to note that any inappropriate license plates that bypass the censorship system, may lead to moderation action being taken.
¶ Engine Upgrades
Players can enhance their vehicle's performance by upgrading the engine. There are a total of 6 engine levels, with each level increasing the vehicle's horsepower by 10 HP.
The cost of each upgrade doubles per level, starting from 10 000 € and reaching up to 320 000 € for level 6. Engine levels 4 to 6 are exclusive to players who own the Advanced Tuning gamepass.

Upgrading your engine improves your horsepower, which essentially improves your vehicle's acceleration and overall speed.
¶ Brake Upgrades
Players can enhance their vehicle's braking performance through braking upgrades. There are a total of 6 brake levels, with each level increasing the vehicle's braking force by 100 BF.
The cost of each upgrade doubles per level, starting from 2 500 € and reaching up to 80 000 € for level 6. Engine levels 4 to 6 are exclusive to players who own the Advanced Tuning gamepass.

Upgrading your brakes reduces stopping distances, and allows for faster and more controlled stops.
¶ Armour Upgrades
Players can enhance their vehicle's strength through armour upgrades. There are a total of 6 armour levels, with each level increasing the vehicle's durability by 5%.
As with other upgrades, the cost of each upgrade doubles with each level, starting from 5 000 € and reaching up to 160 000 € for level 6. Engine levels 4 to 6 are exclusive to players who own the Advanced Tuning gamepass.

Upgrading your vehicle's armour reduces the damage players take when shot inside the vehicle, and also decreases the overall damage the vehicle itself receives from collisions or weapons.
¶ Rims
Players can customise their vehicle's appearance by purchasing a rim design. The majority of rims cost 1 000 €, with the exception of the BXF R120.
Rims can be applied to all vehicles, with the exception of motorcycles.
There are a total of 6 available rim designs.

¶ Spoilers
Players can customise their vehicle's appearance by purchasing a spoiler. The majority of spoilers either cost 2 000 € or 5 000 €.
Spoilers can be applied to most vehicles, with the exception of motorcycles and quads.

¶ Flashers
Flashers are exclusive to emergency service vehicles; when activated, they emit blue strobe lights, similar to the standard lightbar.
