The Tool Shop is a location featured in Emergency Hamburg, serving both as a robbery location for criminals, and a vendor for civilians.
It was originally introduced in the Version 0.5.0 Update in May 2022.

Players can purchase a variety of roleplay items from the tool shop, however, these items are only available to civilians.
Alternatively, the tool shop also serves as a robbery location for criminals, who can initiate a cash register robbery by breaking open the register.
