In Emergency Hamburg, players can take on a range of different roles to enhance their gaming experience. From maintaining public order in the streets of Hamburg as a Police Officer, to exploring the city as a Civilian or tackling fires as a Firefighter, with each job offering different responsibilities.
Players can join these teams by travelling to the designated bases for each job, which are marked on the in-game map for easier navigation.

Experience Points (XP) are earned by completing various tasks on duty, depending on your occupation. These can include:
Each task awards a specific amount of XP, which is added to the player's total XP balance, which is collected at the end of a shift.
If a player dies whilst on duty, they will lose 50% of the XP earned during that shift.
Anti - XP Farming System
Some tasks may award 0 XP as part of the anti - xp farming system, which is designed to prevent exploitative or repetitive actions, ensuring XP is earned fairly
Conduct Points (CP) serve as a penalty system for misconduct whilst on duty, which usually includes:
Players start with 100 CP. As misconduct occurs, conduct points are deducted and are converted into a percentage, which will be deducted from the player's total XP balance.
i.e a player with 80 CP will have 20% XP deducted from their total XP balance
Avoiding Traffic Violations
Emergency Services can avoid speed & traffic light violations by activating their emergency lights when passing red traffic lights, or speed cameras - this can also be used with administrator vehicles
